Live publishing, at platform scale.
Producing for 32M players a month.
As a senior content producer, I managed live publishing and platform upkeep for support.Xbox.com — delivering help content and notifications across web, console, mobile apps, and desktop clients. Work spanned scheduled game launches, global migrations, form systems, and highly visible system-wide updates.
Contributions ranged from front-line bug triage and content QA to writing scripts for asset verification, automating scrub passes, and collaborating across PM, DevOps, content, and localization. Produced user flows like the Xbox refund experience, contributed to editorial and production guidelines, and authored high-visibility notifications that appeared across Xbox ecosystems.
From troubleshooters to refund flows.
Worked across the full publishing pipeline — from building troubleshooters and localization-ready forms to writing notifications deployed across console, web, and apps. Crafted the Xbox refund support experience, created training and launch videos for game hubs, and managed sensitive embargoed content with zero leaks.
Maintained Instant Answer logic for Xbox’s internal help search and wrote editorial guidelines for cross-team consistency. Technical work included PowerShell and C# scripts to automate content scrubs and validate asset references via Azure DevOps. All work tested in live environments for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), regional compliance, and platform behavior.
