Gutter Rat
Rules exist for a reason.
Who they are
Gutter Rat is what's left when a career fighter outlasts every code they ever swore by. He came up in pit fights where the only rule was the one you survived. The discipline that keeps him standing in Blindspot's arena isn't borrowed from a school — it's the residue of a hundred fights nobody wrote down. Crit him once and he hits back twice. He learned that in places that don't have rules.
The Warden's Corridor
The corridor narrows. Iron bars line every wall, remnants of a prison that never released its dead. Somewhere ahead, metal scrapes against stone — a guard's blade, dragged lazily along the floor. The Warden walks his rounds even when no one is watching.
Strengths
Vengeance is the engine. Land a crit and you wake him up — every subsequent hit lands harder. He resists abilities at 15%, so the obvious arcane play falls flat. Counter, in particular, gets +20% damage against him because he commits to strikes and doesn't pull punches mid-swing.
Weaknesses
His weakness stat is AGI (7) — a fast Scout build outpaces his strikes and dictates tempo. Avoid critting him casually; save crits for closing damage when his HP is already cracking. Counter is the highest-leverage move in the entire matchup.
Signature moves
Vengeance
Hits harder after being crit. The angrier he gets, the cleaner the next strike lands.
Rule Keeper
Resists abilities by 15%. He's seen every trick before — and he's still standing.

The Fighter archetype
Fighters fight with everything they've already got. No tricks, no flourish — just leverage, footwork, and the willingness to take a hit if it sets up the next one.
