Who they are

The Crystal Weaver is the answer to a question Blindspot does not ask out loud: what happens to a Forger who reaches the end of the campaign and chooses, instead of leaving, to stay?

His arena is the Forge Eternal. His traits are Leech Mk II, Design, and Succession — that last one is a confession. The arena was built to forge his replacement. He knows. He built it that way. And he is still going to fight you with everything he has, because the only thing more important than being beaten is being beaten by someone worthy of inheriting the room.

The Forge Eternal

The path ends at a staircase that spirals upward into light. Not torchlight — something older, something that hums with creation itself. At the top, a gallery of every card ever forged hangs in the air, slowly rotating, and beyond it the forge itself — flames conducted like an orchestra, crystal lattices arranging and rearranging themselves to the rhythm of the Architect's attention.

Strengths

Leech Mk II is constant healing — 10% of every hit, every round. Design adapts to repeated player moves, so a clean rotation degrades fast. Succession means the fight is theatrical; the Crystal Weaver is the entire campaign's final exam.

INT (19) is the highest stat in the campaign. Stamina (9) is also the highest — he never runs out of ability fuel. Resistant to strikes (-15%) and counters (-20%), so the obvious shapes are dulled.

Weaknesses

Weak to END — only an outlast build wins this cleanly. Vary your moves constantly to defeat Design's adaptation. Save your charges for the back half, where Leech Mk II's healing is your main obstacle. There is no fast win against the Crystal Weaver — only a slow one, paid for in stamina, charges, and the willingness to refuse to repeat yourself.

Signature moves

Leech Mk II

Drains 10% of damage dealt as HP. The improved version of a familiar problem.

Design

Adapts to repeated player moves. Predictable rotations are punished within rounds.

Succession

The arena was built to forge his replacement. He knows. He's still going to fight you with everything he has.

Card traits

  • Leech Mk II. Drains 10% of damage dealt as HP
  • Design. Adapts to repeated player moves
  • Succession. The arena was built to forge his replacement.

The Caster archetype

Casters speak to the arena and it answers. Their fights are conversations, conducted in fire and crystal and the slow accumulation of design. By the time you understand the question, the answer has already shaped the room.
